Knowing the number is the easy half
The listing tells you what has been documented for 1965 Washington Quarter. Deciding whether the coin in your hand is one of them means measuring the spread and checking the markers - under a scope, in millimeters, against a calibrated scale.
This is a reference, not an attribution. It narrows the field and names what each die is identified by; deciding that a coin is one of them is done with the coin under a lens, by a person, against the markers. Nothing here grades a coin or says it is genuine, and the wording is written from structured facts rather than copied from any catalog.
