Doubling on wheat ears
34 listed varieties show doubling here, across several series and dates. That is worth knowing before you get excited about one coin: a device that doubles often is a device where doubling is common, and where machine doubling imitates it most convincingly.

The same device, coin after coin
Doubling on wheat ears looks similar across dozens of varieties, which is exactly why eyeballing it misleads. Measure the displacement instead and the differences stop being a matter of opinion.
This is a reference, not an attribution. It narrows the field and names what each die is identified by; deciding that a coin is one of them is done with the coin under a lens, by a person, against the markers. Nothing here grades a coin or says it is genuine, and the wording is written from structured facts rather than copied from any catalog.
